Ski Clinic Recap

A couple of weeks ago, we greeted fall with a dryland ski-training clinic to arm folks with some workouts they can add to their current schedule so that when the snow flies, they can capitalize on their already sport-specific fitness.

Our small but mighty group started outside learning and practicing the tools of the trade: skiwalking, moosehoofing, and bounding; then did one of our favorite workouts, the uphill water carry hike. After a delicious lunch from the Mazama store, we took to the gym to finish with a strength workout and training discussion of how to put it all together.

Thanks to everyone who joined us, and we look forward to hearing about the fun adventures everyone has planned.
