Massage therapy and Bodywork

Whatever you goal a combination of massage, myofascial, neuromuscular, and craniosacral therapy techniques and movement retraining  will help ease restrictions, increase range of motion, stretch muscle fibers, increase body awareness, and restore balance to help you move better and perform your best.  Sessions are sports-specific to focus on key muscles and draw attention to supportive muscles that can contribute to soreness, imbalance, and injury.

movement & Form

Private technique sessions to help you feel how your body moves and improve movement restrictions and economy. These are often a combination of running, standing posture, strength, and movement retraining.

running workouts

Individualized workouts to get immediate feedback on how to get more from your training. Economy, speed, and strength components can all be addressed using the track, hills, flats, trails, and roads.

Strength & Conditioning

Having strength to maintain good posture and move efficiently is key to any objective. Adding load from a pack or lengthening the duration of your objective makes strength even more important for longevity and durability. In-person strength sessions ensure you have the correct form to build strength, not compensations. Building strength does not mean adding bulk, but rather enabling your body to address imbalances and move better.
