Nordic Ski CLinic

We will likely split into two groups; those who have used skis before and are looking to improve their technique, and those who are first-timers. With several coaches, we'll be able to divide our time so each group gets the benefits of both instructors.

Beginner Clinic - FULL
9am - 11am

We will take you through the trails around Snoqualmie Pass. You'll learn how to move down the trail without bonking after five minutes, and find the joy of gliding through a winter landscape.

Intermediate Clinic - FULL
12pm-2pm

Cascade coaching team will help you hone your technique to go faster with less effort. You should have an understanding of V1, V2, and V2 alternate for this clinic. If those terms mean nothing to you, the beginner one is for you!

Nordic equipment is available to rent at the following Seattle area locations:

- REI (downtown)

- Snoqualmie Pass Nordic Center, Hyak Lodge

Crystal Springs Sno-Park; the Erling Stordahl Nordic trail parking is on the left-hand side. 

All cars must display a WA State Sno-Park permit with Special Groomed Sticker (purchase HERE)
